How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain safety equipment, such as climbing ropes and harnesses, cannot be returned once they have left the store.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ramsey Outdoor only ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
Can I return an online purchase to a physical store location?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any of our retail locations. Please bring your order confirmation email and the original form of payment for a faster processing time.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Most of the brands we carry offer manufacturer warranties against defects. We are happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer or facilitating a warranty claim for products purchased through us.
